Janaschi

The incredibly talented Janashi is a female, digital painter from Germany, she lives in both Leipzig and Cologne.

From her artists comments: "This is the charity collaboration commission for the lovely Gossymer, who won our auction by bidding to donate $629.99 to Unicef! ... It's a collaboration with Algenfleger. "

I think that what makes Janashi's art so breathtaking is that it so easily fools you into believing, at first, that it is a photograph, then it leaves you astounded that in fact it is a digital painting.

Then you can only wonder as to how one woman can be full of so much talent, and patience.

Kokoro is Japanese for 'heart', not the heart that beats beneath your ribs but the heart that you give to another. It is the thing that makes you, you. The 'self' in 'yourself'.

This blog aims to introduce readers to artists who are often relatively unknown, but whose work is full of talent and heart.
